Just an excellent fit for a momentary pause in Playa de las Americas with great value for the money. The location was perfect, surrounded by tons of bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore. If you can manage the stairs, it's worth it for a cheap stay under the sun.

I had a lovely stay where the layout of the apartment was really good, and I enjoyed lounging by the stylish sun terrace and the small outdoor pool. While there were plenty of spots to chill and enjoy the sun, the WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience. If you’re looking for a decent place to unwind after some fun in the sun, this place is a solid choice! ☀️

There was a small refrigerator that came in handy for snacks and drinks. the air conditioning was a letdown since it wasn't available, which I missed during warmer nights. I noticed some wear and tear in the decor. the walls could use some fresh paint. I found some areas weren't deeply cleaned, as I came across a few dirty spots on the sofa. WiFi was a little pricey after the free period ended. Despite these inconveniences, it suited my needs as a basic spot to crash after exploring and enjoying the area.

On top of that, difficulties with the elevator during checkout forced some guests to haul their luggage down multiple floors, adding unnecessary hassle to an already inconvenient experience. it’s a mixed bag. it could cater to those just looking for a place to crash but may not satisfy everyone’s expectations.
